Hi friends,
If you’ve been following Holistic Magazine for a while, you know our goal has always been simple:
To help you better understand your body and make more informed decisions about your health.
Now, we’re taking that mission a step further.
We’re excited to introduce MIDRA Health, a new personalized health platform we’ve created with Dr. Ian Quitadamo.
And we’d love for you to meet him.
We’re hosting our first free live webinar:
Beyond Guesswork: A More Personalized Approach to Your Health
📅 Wednesday, October 7th, 2026
🕓 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET

Dr. Ian is a cell and molecular biologist, professor, and integrative health practitioner who has spent more than 25 years studying how the human body works.
And one idea sits at the center of his approach:
Your health shouldn’t be based on guesswork.
Because sometimes you can eat well, take the supplements, exercise, and do all the “right” things…
…and still feel tired.
Still struggle with sleep.
Still have trouble losing weight.
Still feel like something is off.
That’s where a more personalized approach can make a difference.
Instead of asking, “What works for everyone?”
MIDRA starts with a different question:
What does your body actually need?
During the webinar, Dr. Ian will share a different way of thinking about energy, sleep, weight, longevity, and the underlying patterns that can influence how you feel.
You’ll also get a first look at why we created MIDRA and where Holistic Magazine is headed next.
We’re incredibly excited to share this next chapter with you.
